I recommend reviewing your mortgage on regular basis, this is to make sure it still fits your circumstances and to make sure you have the most suitable mortgage.
I can secure a new mortgage up to six months before your current fixed term expires, enabling you to plan for your future. Re-Mortgaging is also a good time to consider any changes you may want to make to your mortgage:

application and I estimated to be £595.00 of which £100.00 is payable at application stage and £495.00 after completion.

You may want to secure a new rate with your existing lender, without making fundamental changes to the mortgage. This is often called a product transfer. I will help you with this process to make sure you pick the right product for your needs. I do not charge a fee for a product transfer.
